Club Bar & Clubrooms - People Needed

As we head into 2026, we want to be upfront: we have a significant gap to fill in the running of our club bar and clubrooms.

For many years, these roles have been quietly and consistently taken care of by a small number of long serving members. Their contribution has been enormous and we greatly appreciate the many years they’ve put in behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

This leaves a big hole for the club! The bar and clubrooms are a huge part of matchdays and our wider club culture, and without support in this space, it becomes very difficult to operate as we do now.

We’re really keen to hear from anyone who might be able to help, whether that’s:
- Picking up one or two specific tasks, or  
- Sharing the load as part of a small group, or  
- Taking on the role in its entirety.

Areas where help is needed include:
- Looking after the bar on Saturdays and Sundays during the season (support available to obtain a bar manager’s licence if required)
- Cleaning and general upkeep of the clubrooms
- Kitchen and bar preparation (stocking, ordering, and setup)
- General clubrooms maintenance tasks

We know this is a big ask, and we truly appreciate any time or energy people can offer. If you’ve ever enjoyed a drink at the club, used the facilities, or value the social side of Seatoun, this is one of the most impactful ways you can support the club going forward.
